How long does delivery usually take?
Most postcards arrive within 3-10 business days. If it takes longer, let us know and we'll make it right.
What if I made a mistake in the address?
It happens! If we haven't printed yet, we'll fix it. If we have, we'll happily send a new one to the correct address free of charge.
Can I get a refund?
Absolutely. If you're not happy, we'll fix it or refund you. No forms, no stress.
Is tracking included?
Most postcards are sent as regular mail, so they don't include tracking. But if it's taking longer than expected, we'll take care of it.
