Is the price really the total cost?

Yes. That includes printing, international postage, and everything else. No hidden fees.

Where do you ship to?

Pretty much everywhere. Europe is fastest, but we ship worldwide to over 240 country codes.

Do I need to download an app?

Nope! Just use your browser - mobile or desktop.

Can I track the card?

Most postcards are sent as regular mail, so they don't include tracking. But we let you know when it's mailed and on its way, and if it's taking longer than expected, we'll take care of it.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, absolutely not. The price you see includes everything: printing, shipping, and handling.

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping is completely free and included in the postcard price.

Can I get a refund?

Yes! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your postcard or something went wrong, we'll refund your money or send a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of creating your order.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, we apply discounts automatically for orders of 5 or more postcards.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our payment partner Stripe for your convenience and security.

How long does delivery take?

Most postcards are delivered within 3-10 business days after shipping. If it takes longer, let us know and we'll make it right.

Where are your postcards printed?

All postcards are currently printed and shipped from the UK through our trusted printing partner. We're working toward opening additional print locations around the world so your postcards can be printed closer to home, faster and greener.

What if I made a mistake in the address?

It happens! If we haven't printed yet, we'll fix it. If we have, we'll happily send a new one to the correct address free of charge.
